The Add Reviewer List dialog box displays when you click Add on the Reviewer Lists dialog box. Use the Add Approver List dialog box to create a list of reviewers for a contract document. After you save the new reviewer list, the contact names that you added, and their companies, will be displayed at the bottom of the dialog box.
The Save Reviewer List As dialog box displays when you click Save As next to the name of an existing reviewer list. Use the Save Reviewer List As dialog box to copy an existing reviewer list, and save it with a different name. The Save Reviewer List As dialog box displays the names of all the contacts in the reviewer list that you chose to copy.
Note: Before you can create a reviewer list, you must have created contacts for the company or companies in the project. A contact must be linked to a user account in order to be a reviewer. Contacts not linked to a user account will not display in the Select Contact dialog box when you click Select on this dialog box. See Add Companies and Contacts for information about linking a contact to a user account.
Fields:
Abbreviation
Enter a unique name for the reviewer list, using up to 12 alphanumeric characters. You must enter a value in this field to create a new reviewer list.
Title
Displays the title of each reviewer list.
Select
Click to add one or more contacts to a reviewer list.
Name
Displays the name of each contact that you added (or copied).
Company
Displays the name company for each contact you added (or copied).
Unselect
Displays when there is already at least one reviewer in the list. Click to delete a reviewer from the list.
