If you use filters, sorts, and groups, you can combine them into a layout. Using this dialog box, you can add up to two layout choices to the Layout drop-down lists in each log window to use as a shortcut to instantly apply the layout to the log.

For example, if you have six layouts created for the Contracts log, but you use two of them more than the others, you can add them to the Layouts drop-down at the top of the Contract log window. Selecting one will instantly apply the layout parameters to the log.

You must apply the choices to each module (log) individually, since each log has its own layouts.

First Layout

If you have layouts created, select the layout from the drop-down list that you want to assign as the first choice.

Second Layout

If you have layouts created, select the layout from the drop-down list that you want to assign as the second choice.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From a log window, click the Layout drop-down list, and select Customize Layouts.
2. Click Set Favorite Layouts in the Customize Layouts Dialog Box.
