This dialog box appears when you try to attach the same file to the same directory as one that has already been done. You are given three options:

Link the File that Already Exists in this Location to this Document

Choose this option to keep the existing file without creating a duplicate.

Rename the File You are Uploading

Choose this option to upload the file to the same location under a different name.

Change Location

Choose this option to upload the file to a different location.

View Existing File

Click to view the file.

How to access this dialog box:

This dialog box appears from the Attach File Dialog Box when you attempt to attach a file that has already been attached.
