Attach File Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to Attach Files to Documents, such as a word processor document, graphic, or a spreadsheet to a Contract Management document.

Spelling

Click to spell check the information.

If a mistake is found, the Spelling dialog box opens.

Attachment

Enter the full path to the file.

Click Browse to locate the file.

Subject

Enter a description of the file.

Location (if applicable)

Select the location in which to upload the attached files, as set up by your Contract Management administrator.

Note: If you get an error message indicating file not found, make sure the virtual directory specified in the Contract Management Administration Application is mapped correctly.

Date Attached

The date the file or link was attached.

Attached By

The user who attached the file or link.

How to access this dialog box:

From a document window, click the Attachments tab and click Attach File.
