Use this dialog box to choose a transmittal for a transmittal field. Enter text in the find field and click find to locate a particular transmittal.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Logs folder in the Project View and click Drawings.
2. From a Drawings Log Window, choose a document from the list.
3. On the Drawing Document Window, click the Revisions tab.
4. Click the Revision Distributed To subordinate tab, and click Edit .
5. Click Select next to the Transmittal field in the Drawing Distribution Dialog Box.
