Use this dialog box to select drawings, make revisions to them, and add them to a drawing set.

Select

Click to open the Select Drawing Dialog Box to add drawings to this list and to the drawing set.

Drawing Number

The drawing number.

Drawing Title

The title of the drawing.

New Revision

Select this option to create a new revision for the drawing when you add it to the drawing set. When you select this option, the New Revision field, the Revision Title field, the New Revision Date field, and any custom fields associated with the drawing are activated.

Current Revision

The current revision number of the drawing.

New Revision

When you select the New Revision option, enter the new revision number in this field.

Revision Title

The title of the drawing revision. You can edit this field if you select the New Revision option.

Current Revision

The date the current revision was added.

New Revision Date

When you select the New Revision option, enter the date the new revision was added.

Remove

Click to remove the item from the list.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Logs folder in the Project View and click Drawing Sets.
2. From a Drawing Sets Log Window, either choose a document from the list or click Add Document to add a new drawing document.
3. Click Record in the Drawings in this Set tab of the Drawing Set Document Window.
