Use this dialog box to copy the line items from the linked contract to this proposal/change order. Select the options next to the line items you want to copy, then click Finish.

Note: For this option to appear in a change order, the change order must have originated in Change Management.

Type

The line items' type.

Line Item No.

The line items' number.

Description

A brief description of the item or service.

Material

The material linked to the line item.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Contract Information folder in the Project View and click Change Orders or Proposals.
2. From the log window, click Edit next to a change order.
3. From the document window, click the Line Items tab.
4. Click Copy from Contract. You can only collect changes into a change order created directly in the Change Orders Log Window. If the change order was created in Change Management, Collect from Changes will not be visible.
