User Accounts – Main Window


This window lists all Contract Management users. From here you can add and delete Contract Management users.

Create New User

Click to open the Create New User Dialog Box to add a new Contract Management user to the database. You must then enter the user’s information in the User Account – Edit Window to specify access (security) settings for each Contract Management user and to assign access templates to users. If you are using LDAP for user authentication, this is not available.

User

This list contains all Contract Management users. Click Edit to open the User Account – Edit Window to edit the user's information.

Delete

Click to remove the current user from the database. A confirmation window will appear. If you are using LDAP for user authentication, this link is not available.

How to access this window:

Click User Accounts in the Contract Management Administration Application.
