Create New User Dialog Box


User this dialog box to add a new Contract Management user. You must then enter the user’s information in the User Account – Edit Window.

User ID

Enter the name the user will use to log in to Contract Management.

Create a New User

Choose this option to create a new user ID in the User Account window, with all fields blank.

Copy from Existing User

Choose this option to use information from an existing user as the basis for the new user.

Select User to Copy

If you choose Copy from Existing User, choose the user to use as the basis for the new one.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click User Accounts.
  2. On the User Accounts page, click Create New User.
