Note: Your selection here may affect the counts on the Actions or Alerts log windows or Control Center objects. For example, if you select Exclude alerts from Closed and Rejected Projects, alerts from closed and rejected projects will not be included in the Alerts counts after the refresh process runs.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Define Alerts.
2. In the Define Alerts dialog box, click Customize Refresh For Actions and Alerts.
