Enable Adding Change Orders and Proposals Outside of Change Management

To enable adding change orders and proposals outside of Change Management:

1. Right-click on a project name in the left pane of the Contract Management home page, and choose Project Settings.
2. On the Change Management tab, scroll to the options below the Committed section and mark the Enable document creation outside of Change Management checkbox.
3. Click Save.
