Changing the Key Contact

The contact you specify in the Your Company field (in the Key Parties section of the Add Project Wizard) is your key contact for the project. When you create certain documents, the key contact's abbreviation is automatically entered in the To or From fields, based on the company's role. For example, if the key contact is the General Contractor (GC), his abbreviation automatically appears in the From field on contracts and purchase orders, and in the To field on deliveries and correspondence received items.

To change the key contact, right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Project Settings.
