Use this window to configure email settings for new and existing users.
Receive Payment Requisition and Change Order approval
Select this option to subscribe new users to receive approval emails for payment requisitions or change orders. Users can then approve or reject documents directly from their email account.
Replies for approval emails are sent to the email address configured for this purpose in the Admin Config Utility.
Receive Daily Digest of action items
Select this option to subscribe to a daily email digest of your action items.
The digest email is delivered to your registered email address every day at 1 a.m. User addresses are set on the User Account - Edit Window in the Contract Management Administration Application. If you need to change your address, contact your administrator.
In the email, click the action item to launch Contract Management. After you log in, the related document displays so you can take the appropriate action. After you are logged in to Contract Management, you can click any of the items in the digest email and they will open in Contract Management.
Add emails to Correspondence Sent Log
Select this option to have Contract Management automatically log a user's sent document in the Correspondence Sent log.
Subscribe All
Click to subscribe all existing users to the option to the left.
Unsubscribe All
Click to unsubscribe all existing users from the option to the left.
How to access this window:
Click User Email Settings in the Contract Management Administration Application.
