To add items to a transmittal:
- Open the transmittal to which you want to add items. You can open the transmittal in View or Edit mode.
- Click the Item tab and click Add. The Transmittal Item Dialog Box will open.
- In the Item No. field, enter the transmittal number.
- In the Copies field, enter the number of copies to transmit.
- Edit the Date field if desired. Contract Management automatically enters the system date.
- From the Status drop-down list, choose the status of the transmittal.
- Click Select Linked Doc to select a submittal to link to the transmittal item.
- From the Paper Size drop-down list, select the paper size for the transmittal.
- In the Description field, enter a description for the transmittal.
- Click Save and Close to save the new item. To add another item, click Add on the Items tab and repeat the above steps.
