Add Transmittal Items

To add items to a transmittal:

  1. Open the transmittal to which you want to add items. You can open the transmittal in View or Edit mode.
  2. Click the Item tab and click Add. The Transmittal Item Dialog Box will open.
  3. In the Item No. field, enter the transmittal number.
  4. In the Copies field, enter the number of copies to transmit.
  5. Edit the Date field if desired. Contract Management automatically enters the system date.
  6. From the Status drop-down list, choose the status of the transmittal.
  7. Click Select Linked Doc to select a submittal to link to the transmittal item.
  8. From the Paper Size drop-down list, select the paper size for the transmittal.
  9. In the Description field, enter a description for the transmittal.
  10. Click Save and Close to save the new item. To add another item, click Add on the Items tab and repeat the above steps.
