Create Invoice Versions

You can create versions of an invoice from any of the Contract or Requisition document windows.

  1. Open in View mode a contract or requisition document.
  2. Click the Contract Summary tab.
  3. Click the Invoices subordinate tab.
  4. Open the invoice you want to version in View mode. A dialog box for the invoice will open.
  5. Click Version Document at the top left of the Invoice dialog box.
  6. Click Yes in response to the Do you want to version this document? prompt.
  7. In the Invoice dialog box, click the Versions tab. The new version information will be listed here. Click View to open a version.

    Note: The Versions tab does not display when the invoice is in Edit mode.
