You can create versions of an invoice from any of the Contract or Requisition document windows.
- Open in View mode a contract or requisition document.
- Click the Contract Summary tab.
- Click the Invoices subordinate tab.
- Open the invoice you want to version in View mode. A dialog box for the invoice will open.
- Click Version Document at the top left of the Invoice dialog box.
- Click Yes in response to the Do you want to version this document? prompt.
- In the Invoice dialog box, click the Versions tab. The new version information will be listed here. Click View to open a version.
Note: The Versions tab does not display when the invoice is in Edit mode.
