Customize the Project View Overview

You can customize the Project View by rearranging and renaming folders and modules. The default folders that come with Contract Management are:

• Communication
• Contract Information
• Logs
• Project Information

Under these folders are the modules that contain log and document files. To customize the folder names, organization, and modules, right-click the top-level folder (All Projects) and select Folders.

In the Folders dialog box you can:

• Add a New Project Folder
• Delete a Project Folder
• Reorder Project Folders
• Reorder Project Modules
• Rename Project Folders
• Rename Project Modules
• Restore the Default Project View
