Enter Email Addresses for Contacts

You must enter email addresses to use the request notification feature. This feature automatically sends an email notification to the To Contact on an RFI when you first enter the RFI. It sends a notification to the From Contact when the answer is provided (if the BIC is changed to the From Contact).

To enter an email address for a contact:

  1. Expand the Project Information folder and click Companies. The Company Log Window will open.
  2. Click on a Company name to open the Company Document Window.
  3. Click the Contacts tab.
  4. On the Contacts tab:
