Contract Management is a multi-user, multi-project, web-based application that helps you track contracts, RFIs, issues, daily reports, transmittals, submittals, submittal packages, and many other aspects of projects.
Contract Management:
When you make changes to Contract Management via your web browser, the changes are sent to the database, updated, and stored.
For example, you can add submittals to Contract Management through your web browser, and any authorized user can access the submittal from any location across the internet through another browser. By putting all the project information in an easy-to-read, accessible format, Contract Management helps you manage the project more effectively and more profitably. Contract Management works for any type of user, including the project owner, general contractor, project engineers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors.
About Help
Contract Management's Help is an integrated online application that provides quick access to information about log windows, document windows, dialog boxes, and step-by-step procedures for performing Contract Management functions.
Use the Table of Contents as a starting point for many major topics. Click How To for a list of all procedures contained in Help. Use Help’s powerful Search and Index features to find topics related to the text you enter. When you are in the application, click Help for information about the window you are currently in.
