RFI Turnaround Time Object Log Window


This log lists RFIs based on which section of the chart you chose from the RFI Turnaround Time object in the Workspace. It lists either all RFIs with the status that you have selected for all projects if you have no projects open, or the RFIs for the project you have open. You can use this log to go directly to any RFI.

Title

The name of the item. Click the title to open the Request for Information Document Window in View mode.

TAT

Displays the turnaround time for the RFI.

Project

The project to which the item belongs.

To

The contact who received this Request for Information.

From

The contact who sent this Request for Information.

Number

A unique number assigned to this item.

Contract Management automatically assigns a unique number to identify the item. You can change this number only when you create a new document.

Priority

The priority level for this item, which will appear in the BIC’s Action List.

How to access this dialog box:

In the RFI Turnaround Time object in the Workspace, click the section of the graph (such as a spec section) for which you want to view a list of RFIs in your court.
