This dialog box displays specifications about alerts you are subscribed to.

Type

The type of alert.

Title

The title of the alert.

Description

A description of the alert.

Include

• A checkmark next to Approved Documents indicates approved documents are displayed if they meet the priorities criteria.
• A checkmark next to Closed Documents indicates closed documents are displayed if they meet the priorities criteria.
• A checkmark next to Rejected Documents indicates rejected documents are displayed if they meet the priorities criteria.

Priorities

The priority levels that define the conditions that trigger the alert.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From the Alerts object in the Workspace, click Subscriptions .
2. Click the name of an alert in the Subscriptions Dialog Box.
