Customize Actions Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to set preferences for the Actions object in the Workspace, and to configure which documents appear in the action list, and how they appear.

Projects:

Show Actions for All Projects

Choose to display actions from all projects, including projects not selected in the Project View.

Note: If you select this option, the Actions object will only refresh when you log out and log back in to the application.

Show Actions for Items Selected in the View

Choose to display actions only from projects within the selected folder.

Note: If you select this option, the Actions object will refresh every time you return to the Control Center

Documents:

Organize Documents By

Select the primary method by which to organize documents with alerts.

Then By

Select the secondary method with which to organize documents with alerts. The module organizes the documents by the primary method first, then sorts the documents based on the secondary method.

Show Completed Actions

Select this option to display completed documents (the BIC has changed to someone else).

Show Closed Documents

Select this option to display closed documents in the list even if they have a status of closed.

Show Rejected Documents

Select this option to display rejected documents in the list even if they have a status of rejected.

Note: Contract Management checks security access rights before displaying the Actions List. If the user does not have access rights to a module or project (as configured in the User Project Access dialog box), the documents contained within will not appear in the Action List. Documents with View and Write access will appear in the Action List.

How to access this dialog box:

From the Actions object in the Workspace, click Customize .
