Use this dialog box to view information on a contact in a transmittal distribution list.

Contact

The contact's name.

Company

The contact's company.

Line 1, Line 2, Line 3

The details of the contact's street address.

City/State/Country/Postal Code/Country Code

Enter the appropriate address information in each field.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Communication folder in the Project View and click Transmittals.
2. From the Transmittals Log Window, open a document.
3. From the Transmittal Document Window, click the Distributions tab.
4. Click view corresponding to a contact.
