Use the Contacts page to select contacts (vendors) you will deal with in projects that are based on this template.

The Contacts page contains the following options:

• Click Add Contact to open the Add Contact Dialog Box to add a new contact to the template.
• Click Copy Companies to open the Copy Companies Dialog Box to copy contacts to the new template.

  Note:

  • If you selected Use Template in the Add Project Dialog Box – Template Page of the Add Project dialog box, the preceding two options do not appear.
  • Click Remove to remove the selected contact from the template.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From the Project View, right-click on the Templates folder and select New Template.
2. In the Add Template Dialog Box Project Page, click the Contacts tab.

   Note: You will need to enter a Project Name and Title before clicking this tab.
