This log lists submittals based on the section of the chart that you clicked in the Submittals object in the Workspace. It lists either all submittals with the status that you have selected for all projects if you have no projects open, or it lists the submittals for the project you have open. You can use this log to go directly to any submittal.

Title

The name of the item. Click the title to open the Submittal Document Window in Edit mode.

Project

The project to which the item belongs.

Ball in Court

The person responsible for this item.

Priority

The priority level for this item, which will appear in the BIC’s Action List.

Select an action

This drop-down list appears at the right of each document listed in the log. Click to open a list containing actions you can perform.

How to access this dialog box:

From the Submittals object in the Workspace, click the section of the graph (such as NEW or CLO) for which you want to view a list of submittals in your court.
