Use this dialog box to Define Submittal Types that users can select from in the Type drop-down list in submittals.

Type

Enter a name for the submittal type, up to ten characters.

Description

A brief description of the item or service.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Submittal, Types.
2. Click Add from the Submittal Type Dialog Box.
