Use this dialog box to link a submittal or submittal package to a document.

Organize By

Choose whether to list submittals or submittal packages.

• Use the Search field to search for a particular submittal.
• Click the first letter of a particular submittal to go directly to that submittal.

Click Select next to the appropriate submittals or submittal packages to add them to the Selected Submittals section at the bottom. You can add both. Click Unselect to remove an item from the list. Click Save when finished to close the dialog box and link the submittals and/or submittal packages to the document.

How to access this dialog box:

1. From a contract or purchase order document window, click the Contract Summary tab.
2. On the Contract Summary tab, click the Submittals subordinate tab.
3. On the Submittals subordinate tab, click Select.
