If a mistake is found, the Spelling dialog box opens.

Enter the proposed solution in this field.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Communication folder in the Project View and click Request for Information.
2. From the Requests Log Window, choose a document from the list.
3. On the Request for Information Document Window, click the Question tab, and then click Propose Solution.

   Note: Propose Solution only displays if you opened the document in view mode, not in Edit mode.
