Project

The current project. Click browse to open the Select Project Dialog Box to choose a different project.

Add Users to This Project

Click to open the Select User Dialog Box to add users to this project. The user can then assign access rights for this contact to use the project.

User

This list contains all users assigned to the project. Click edit next to a user name to open the User Project Access Dialog Box to assign rights for the user.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Project Access.
