Use this dialog box to set the default contacts and required dates for each document type in the current project. Contract Management inserts the contacts listed in this dialog box in the To and From fields for new documents.

• To change a document's default To/From values, click Select corresponding to a To or From row to open the Select Company Dialog Box to change the default contact.
• To set a document's default due date, click Select corresponding to a Required Date row to open the Select Default Value Dialog Box.

Document

The name of the document.

Field

The field to which the default value applies.

Default Values

The current default value that is entered.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Default Field Values.
