Set Default Field Values Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to set the default contacts and required dates for each document type in the current project. Contract Management inserts the contacts listed in this dialog box in the To and From fields for new documents.

Document

The name of the document.

Field

The field to which the default value applies.

Default Values

The current default value that is entered.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Default Field Values.
