Publish Project Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to create a project name and assign it to an administrator, who will then enter the project information. Contract Management sends email to the administrator that a user has added a project and that it needs information filled in, as follows:

You must set up the project before using it. To set up the project, click the following link or open the project from within Contract Management.

The administrator must fill in the Add Project Dialog Box. Contract Management will not allow anyone, including a Contract Management Administrator, to work with the project until the basic information in the Add Project dialog box is completed.

Project Name

Enter a name for the project.

Title

Enter a title for the project.

Administrator

From the drop-down list, select the administrator to whom you want to send the project.

Click OK to add the project and notify the project administrator.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Publish Project.
