Reference Type Dialog Box


Use this dialog box to Create a Reference Document you can use for items not documented in another area of Contract Management. These documents are referenced in transmittals only and do not appear in logs.

Acronym

Enter an acronym for the document in this field.

Description

A brief description of the item or service.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Document Setup.
  2. Click Add Reference Type on the Document Setup Dialog Box.
