Use this dialog box to add new procurement purchase types for your projects.

Purchase Type

Enter up to three letters to represent the purchase type.

Description

Enter a brief description of the purchase type.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

Note: Purchase types defined here appear in all projects in the project database.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Procurement, Purchase Types.
2. Click Add from the Purchase Types Dialog Box.
