Use this dialog box to Define Bid Packages for each contractor to keep track of all drawings and corresponding revisions issued by different contractors bidding on work during the design phase of the drawings process. The bid packages you define are available in the drop-down list for the Bid Package field for your selection when logging drawings.

Bid Package

Enter up to 15 characters for the drawing bid package abbreviation.

Description

Enter up to 23 characters for the bid package description.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects), choose Dictionaries, Drawings, Bid Packages.
2. Click Add from the Bid Packages Dialog Box.
