Use this dialog box to customize the text in columns, field labels, and messages throughout Contract Management. All text available in Contract Management is presented in this dialog box. Changes made here apply to all projects on the server.

Notes:

• Changing a phrase affects all instances of the phrase. For example, changing "Actuals Received" to "Actuals Accepted" changes all instances of the phrase "Actuals Received," but does not change the word "Received" if found elsewhere.
• Custom fields do not appear here.

Search

Enter the text you are searching for in the field and click Search to find it.

Restore Defaults

Click to restore the default text throughout Contract Management.

Default Text

The default log heading or field label.

Display As

Enter the new text to replace the column heading or field label.

Modified

A check indicates that the default text has been changed.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Customize Text.
