Use this dialog box to choose the dictionary item to apply to a custom field, or to apply a value to filter, depending on where you accessed it from. Choose the item from the list, then click Select.

Use the Find field to search for a particular dictionary item.

How to access this dialog box:

1. On the Custom Fields tab of a document window, click Edit Document from the Select an action drop-down list.
2. Click Select corresponding to a custom field that has dictionary items.
