This dialog box lists the name of users currently logged into Contract Management.

Full Name

The full name of the user.

Login Time

The date and time this user started this session of Contract Management.

Idle

The length of time that has passed since the user last made a request to the server in this session.

Duration

The length of time the user has been logged on.

To remove a current user:

To disconnect a user, click Disconnect corresponding to the user.

Notes:

• Do not remove a user’s name without notifying the user first.
• You cannot disconnect yourself.
• A user’s web session will time out after 60 minutes if there is no activity. You can change this default setting.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on the top-level folder (All Projects) and choose Current Users.
