Use this dialog box to Back Up a Single Project.

Group

The name of the currently active database. This is the database to which the project you are backing up belongs.

Project

Click to open the Select Project Dialog Box. Choose the project you want to back up.

To

Click Browse, and select the location where you want to back up the project. Contract Management assigns the project name a.PRX extension.

Back Up

Click to start the project backup process.

How to access this dialog box:

Right-click on a project in the Project View and choose Single Project Backup.
