Use this dialog box to view information on an existing detail item. A detail item is the third and final level below a procurement item.

Title

The name of the item.

Detail Item Cost:

Quantity

The number of items required.

U of M

The unit of measurement, if applicable.

Unit Price

The price per unit for the item.

Total Cost

The total cost of the detail item appears in this field.

Comments

Any additional details about the item.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Expand the Contract Information folder in the Project View and click Procurement.
2. From the Procurement log window, choose a document from the list.
3. Click the Bid Tabulation tab.
4. Click next to the detail-item you want to view. This icon displays when the procurement item has been awarded, or when the user does not have access rights to edit the item.
