Use this dialog box to Attach URLs to Documents to a document.

Spelling

Click to spell check the information.

If a mistake is found, the Spelling dialog box opens.

Attachment

Enter the site's internet/intranet address.

Subject

Enter a description of the website.

Date Attached

The date the file or link was attached.

Attached By

The user who attached the file or link.

How to access this dialog box:

From a document window, click the Attachments tab and click Attach URL.
