Use this dialog box to Define Drawing Areas to which a specific drawing applies. Once you define drawing areas, they are specific to that project.

Area

Enter an abbreviation for the drawing area, up to eight-characters. This is a required field.

Description

A brief description of the item or service.

Move Below

From the drop-down list, choose the location below which you want to insert the new definition.

How to access this dialog box:

1. Right-click on a project, and choose Dictionaries, Drawing Areas.
2. Click Edit next to a drawing area name, or click Add on the Drawing Areas Dialog Box.
