Use this dialog box to Add Multiple Commitment Documents to the Change Management Document from companies that have committed contracts to the estimated phase in Change Management.
From
Click Select From to open the Select Contact Dialog Box to choose the from contact.
Change Date
The date the change document was created.
Contract Management enters today’s date, which you can edit by clicking Select Date and choosing another date.
Required Date
Contract Management enters seven days from today's date, which you can edit by clicking Select From and choosing another date.
Title/Remarks
Contract Management carries the title and remarks from the Change Management document window.
Add Companies
Click Add Companies to open the Select Companies Dialog Box. Contract Management displays all companies that have committed contracts or purchase orders in this dialog box. If you click the arrow to the left of the company name, the type, document number, and title of the contract/PO is displayed. This enables you to select individual contracts/POs if a company has more than one. Add the contracts/POs to the Selected Companies section at the bottom of the dialog box. Click Save when finished adding companies.
Finish
Click to add the estimates. Contract Management creates a commitment row for each company you selected.
