Use this dialog box to import an existing list of passwords that users cannot use, for enhancing security. You must be a Contract Management administrator to do this.

File

Enter the full path and name of the .CSV file containing an existing set of words to add to the prohibited password list in the File field. Click OK to import the file.

How to access this dialog box:

1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click User Password Settings.
2. In the Prohibited Passwords section, click Import.
