New Prohibited Password Dialog Box


To enhance security, use this dialog box to create a list of passwords that users cannot use. You must be a Contract Management administrator to do this.

New Prohibited Password

Enter the prohibited word in this field and click OK to add it to the prohibited password list.

How to access this dialog box:

  1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click User Password Settings.
  2. In the Prohibited Passwords section, click Add.
