This dialog box displays when you try to delete a login user account that is already linked with one or more contacts. It lists all the contacts to which the user account is linked, and enables you to choose another user account to link to the contacts. When you click OK, all linked contacts will be reassigned to the user account you select. You cannot reassign individual contacts to different user accounts. All contacts linked to the login user account that you want to delete will be reassigned to a single user account.
Note: After you reassign the contacts to another user account, you must go back to the Administration Application and delete the login user account. It will not automatically be deleted by the reassign contact process.
User
The login user account that you selected for deletion. This is a read-only field.
Reassign to user account
The new user account to link to the contacts. Use the drop-down list to select the new user account.
Group
The name of the project database. This is a read-only field.
Project
The name of the project. This is a read-only field.
Company
The name of the company linked to the project. This is a read-only field.
Contact
The company contact that is linked to the original user-account that you want to delete. This is a read-only field. The new user account you select in the Reassign to user account field will be linked to this contact.
Reassign
Click this after you choose a new user account to link to the contacts.
