Use this dialog box to configure reports, forms, and letter template locations for a group of projects.

Name

The name of the Contract Management database for a group of projects.

Report Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where Contract Management reports for the group of projects are stored.

Form Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where Contract Management forms for the group of projects are stored.

Letter Template Location

The full path to the location of the folder on the BI Publisher server where the Contract Management letter templates for the group of projects are stored.

Import Report and Forms

Click to import reports and forms from the locations entered in the Report and Form Location dialog box.

How to access this dialog box:

1. In the Contract Management Administration Application, click Server Configuration.
2. In the Group Reports and Letter Templates Location section, click edit .
