Delete Contacts from a Transmittal Distribution List

To delete contacts from a transmittal distribution list:

1. Expand the Communication folder and click Transmittals to open the Transmittals Log Window.
2. Open in Edit mode the transmittal to which you want to distribute contacts. The Transmittal Document Window will open.
3. Click the Distributions tab and click Delete corresponding to the contact you want to remove from the list.
4. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
